Citroën 2CV Modification Kit: Enhancements & Detail Levels

The Citroën 2CV, an air-cooled front-engine, front-wheel-drive economy car produced from 1948 to 1990, has been meticulously recreated in this modification kit. Recognizing the significance of livery for this iconic vehicle and its numerous special editions, a wide array of liveries have been incorporated into the mod.

To cater to different user preferences and spawning methods, both "signs_x" liveries designed for traffic spawn and "livery mods" accessible through tuning options have been included. The choice between these livery types depends on how the car is spawned or the type of trainer used. Spawning cars directly in "popgroups.ymt" will utilize the order specified in "carvariations.meta," ensuring correct color representation according to liveries when encountered in traffic. Trainers, however, may disregard "carvariations.meta," potentially resulting in livery mismatches. For instance, Menyoo might spawn cars without liveries but offer choices within its "Benny's" menu.

Users seeking greater customization can remove "livery mods" from "carcols.meta" or replace "signs_x" textures with transparent alternatives within the .ytd files. Notably, the "Charleston" and "France3" liveries also modify seat appearances, linked to separate mods. The "Charleston" seat color is adjustable (paint:6), while stock seats feature two changeable colors (paint: 6 and paint: 7).
