Whelen HHS2100 Siren Update: Romanian Police & Ambulance

This is a Whelen HHS2100 siren mod for GTA V, commonly used in Romania by the Traffic Division and Ambulance Service. As my first siren mod, it may not be perfect but will see improvements in future updates.

Changelog v1.5:

• > Added a new Airhorn sound
• > Added a new tone: Hi-Lo

How to install:

1. Using OpenIV, extract the "vehicles.awc" from RESIDENTS.RPF via open formats onto your desktop.
2. Open the "Vehicles" folder that you extracted.
3. Simply drag and drop the files from this mod into the vehicles folder.
4. Import the files back on OpenIV via import open formats.
5. Launch the game.

This mod features the Whelen HHS2100 siren used on Dacia Logan MCV police vehicles, forensic lab/SIAS teams with Mercedes Vito vans, and Mercedes Vito and Sprinter ambulances.
