Installation:

Install burrito4 in the following directory: mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday11ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\ OR mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday13ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\ Install the ELS configuration files in the els folder with your other VCFs.
