Installation:
Place the "w_me_bottle.ydr" file in "Grand Theft Auto V\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday8ng\dlc.rpf\x64\models\cdimages\weapons.rpf"

Don't forget to back up your files in case anything goes wrong.

You should also be using the "mods" folder OpenIV provides.
