Enhanced Audio for Sniper Rifle

Here is a new sound effect for the standard sniper rifle.

Using OPENIV, activate edit mode and navigate to the following file path: x64 / audio/ sfx/ WEAPONS_PLAYER.rpf. Select "new," then import openFormats and replace the snp_rifle.oac file with mine.
