Use OpenIV to drag and drop weapons.oac into GTAV/mods/x64/sfx/RESIDENT.rpf
Then drag and drop ptl combat.oac into GTAV/mods/x64/sfx/WEAPONS PLAYER/rpf

AWC method: Replace the AWC weapons.awc in GTAV/mods/x64/sfx/RESIDENT.rpf
Then drag and drop ptl combat.awc into GTAV/mods/x64/sfx/WEAPONS PLAYER/rpf

Now run GTA V and check it out by yourself.

Note: This mod replaces the sounds of the Combat Pistol.
