Interactive Colt Python Model
This mod introduces the Colt Python, a double-action revolver chambered for .357 Magnum, renowned for its accuracy and smooth trigger pull. It's comparable in size and function to Colt Trooper and Lawman revolvers.
Features:
- Optimized textures for seamless gameplay (ytd files under 10MB to prevent texture loss).
- Fully animated.
Installation Options:**
This mod replaces the heavy revolver, its mk2 variant, or the double-action revolver.
mk1 Installation:
Copy the ydrs and ytds to:
mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\mpapartment\dlc.rpf\x64\models\cdimages\weapons.rpf
mk2 Installation:
Copy the ydrs and ytds to:
mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\mpchristmas2017\dlc.rpf\x64\models\cdimages\weapons.rpf
Double Action Installation:
Copy the ydrs and ytds to:
mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\mpchristmas2017\dlc.rpf\x64\models\cdimages\weapons.rpf
I strongly advise using a "mods" folder to preserve the original game files.
Changelog:
- 1.1: Changed some ytds for more accurate darker diffuse textures and reduced texture size to 1024x1024.
- 1.2: Modified shader materials for enhanced surface reflections and added double action revolver replacement.
- 1.3: Inverted normal maps to DirectX format.
