1. Install Add-On

1: Copy the update folder "boatth" into: \Grand Theft Auto V\update\x64\dlcpacks
2: Use OpenIV and extract dlclist to your desktop from: \Grand Theft Auto V\update\update.rpf\common\data\dlclist.xml
Copy "dlcpacks:\boatth\"
Save and replace

2. Install Replace

1: Go to "\Grand Theft Auto V\update\x64\dlcpacks\mpapartment\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles\apartmentvehicles.rpf\"
2: Name: speeder2
You can change the boat color using a trainer. Save and replace
