How to install:

1. Open OpenIV and enable 'Edit Mode'. 2. Navigate to mods>update>x64>dlcpacks>patchday22ng>dlc.rpf>x64>levels>gta5>vehicles.rpf 3. Drag and drop the files, and you're done.
