Installation Instructions
First, navigate to gta5 / mods / update / x64 / dlcpacks
Create a new folder named "rcvan" and place the dlc.rpf file inside it.
Next, go to gta5 / mods / update / update.rpf / common / data
Open the dlclist.xml file and add the following line: "dlcpacks:/rcvan/"

Use the spawn name rcvan
