1. Download MENYOO ( ) 2. Place "BUZZARD CAM" in Grand Theft Auto V\menyooStuff\vehicle 3. In the game, open menyoo with F8 and navigate to "Vehicle spawner / Saved vehicle," then load "BUZZARD CAM". 4. Enjoy!
