Description:
The MRCA was formed after a dispute between the city, state, and federal jurisdictions. They are responsible for patrolling some of the least desirable areas in Los Santos. Their primary area is a polluted sewer drain known locally as the 'LS River'. They also patrol some nearby hills but the sewage-filled river seems to be their main attraction!
