Installation:

Place the "vtp" folder in Grand Theft Auto 5\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks

Modify the "dlclist.xml" file in Grand Theft Auto 5\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data and add the following line at the end: "dlcpacks:\vtp\" then save.
