2. Place the xml file into \Grand Theft Auto V\menyooStuff\Vehicle.

3. (Within the game) Press F8, navigate to Vehicle/Vehicle Spawner/saved Vehicle/, select the car, activate Persistent Attachments, and then spawn the car.
