Installation

(1) Copy the update folder to:
X:\Grand Theft Auto V\
----------------------------------------------------------------
(2) Use OpenIV to extract:
X:\Grand Theft Auto V\update\update.rpf\common\data\dlclist.xml
then use notepad to open it and add a new line:

dlcpacks:\evo8\

Save the changes and use OpenIV to replace the original file.

(3) You can use Simple Trainer to spawn the car by name:

evo8
