Mercedes-Benz W115 200d Taxi Mod (Add-On/Replacement with LODs)

This mod features the Mercedes-Benz W115 200d, a five-passenger sedan manufactured from 1968 to 1976. The model is based on the post-1973 facelift version and utilizes the "OM615" diesel engine. Two 3D models were used for development: a low-polygon model (12,528 polygons) from "Lowrider Extreme", and a high-polygon model (678,700 polygons) provided by IKSR.

The mod offers two versions: the standard version and a version with vintage German-style license plates. The standard version features customizable interior color options (excluding TAXI). Both versions include animated engine and exhaust, breakable glass, working dashboard dials and signal lights, animated steering wheel and pedals, correct passenger positions, functional lights and doors, dirt/dust/burnt map textures, accurate collision detection, and LODs for performance optimization.

The German-style license plates allow personalization with five letters followed by three numbers. The registration expiration label color spawns randomly but can also be selected as a livery. An additional sticker represents the federal state of San Andreas but can be edited by changing its texture.

A nodding dog and swinging car key add extra detail to the driving experience.

The TAXI replacement version features a bi-color paint scheme (not full-body livery).
