Place the ktm450sx folder into mods \ update \ x64 \ dlcpacks. Then, modify dlclist.xml located in update \ update.rpf \ common \ data. Add the following line: 

dlcpacks: \ ktm450sx \

Save and replace the file.

The name to use when spawning this bike is: ktm450sx.
