Morningstar Schyster: Enhanced Edition with Level of Detail

This is a private version of the Schyster Cabby from GTA IV that blends in well with traffic. To install, place the "morningstar" folder into [GTAV > mods > update > x64 > dlcpacks] and add the line "dlcpacks:/morningstar/" to your dlcpack list inside of the "dlclist.xml" folder located in [GTAV > mods > update > update.rpf].
