Installation:

Add-On:

1. Place the "traficpn2mlx4" folder in Grand Theft Auto 5\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks.
2. Edit the "dlclist.xml" file located in Grand Theft Auto 5\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data and add the following line at the end: dlcpacks:\traficpn2mlx4\. Save the changes.
3. Place the config els file "traficpn2mlx4.xml" in Grand Theft Auto 5\ELS\pack_default.

Replace:

1. Replace the .yft and .ytd files located at this path with the provided ones: GTA V/Mods/x64e.rpf/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf.
2. Place the config els file "policet.xml" in Grand Theft Auto 5\ELS\pack_default.
