Enhanced M270 Multiple Launch Rocket System

Installation:

1. Using OpenIV, navigate to Grand Theft Auto V\update\update.rpf\common\data and add the following line to dlclist.xml:

dlcpacks:\mhl\

2. Place the mhl folder into Grand Theft Auto V\update\x64\dlcpacks.
3. Spawn the vehicle using the simple trainer with the name "mhl".
