Empty Observer (Enhancement/Substitution)
This mod is a collaboration between Vapid Scout and GTA IV: GCT. GTA V modifications are by "Me". Version 1.1 fixes exhaust dummies. Special thanks to FatherMckenzie for providing doorcards and Eddlm for supplying pictures.
How to install:
Addon:
1. Copy the scout folder to: update/x64/dlcpacks 2. Within the update.rpf, navigate to:/common/data and edit the file dlclist.xml. Add the following line: dlcpacks:\scout\Replace:
Go to x64e.rpf\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\ **DO NOT EDIT WITHOUT MY AND GCT'S PERMISSION!!!!** Spawn name: scout Replace: CavalcadeFirst Upload: November 14, 2024 Last Updated: November 14, 2024
