Driving Physics in GTA IV

This mod enhances vehicle handling to resemble that of GTA IV. The original mod was outdated and non-functional; this is an updated version. Credit for the initial modification goes to obajtektsw92. I have made a minor adjustment by slightly reducing collision damage for all vehicles.

INSTALLATION

UPDATE\UPDATE.RPF\COMMON\DATA

Place the file in the DATA folder.
