To install:

1. Download OpenIV.
2. Go to tools-ASI manager and ensure the top two options are installed.
3. Close ASI manager.
4. Go to tools-package installer and select the plimo.oiv file you downloaded from this page.
5. Press install and make sure you select the mods folder.
6. In-game, look for a police 2 vehicle or spawn it using your preferred method.
