NOTE: Do not go to Los Santos Customs, it is not working. If you don't have Benny's mod installed, install it.

**Installation:**
Go to update/update.rpf/common/data. Find dlclist.xml, right-click and select Edit. Add this line in Paths section: dlcpacks:\xenonwheels\. Press save. Make a folder named "xenonwheels" , in update/x64/dlcpacks. Drag and drop the dlc.rpf from the file you downloaded inside the folder.
