To install the mod, have Open IV on your platform.

Extract the car folder.
Open Open IV.
Click Edit Mod.
Follow this folder: \update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday3ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\
Copy and paste the car files into the vehicles.rpf folder.

If making a video, keep credits.
