Hello, I have put together this package for people who are starting with skinning. It contains almost all the logos you might need, the background or striping colors, the contour striping for police, fire brigade, ambulance and royal military police. And the striping for police and ambulance itself.
I hope you can get ahead with this. You will need Photoshop or GIMP to open the included PSD, besides that you can also use the included PNG files but this will make the work more difficult.
