Dispatch System Offline

Two years ago, I decided to create a Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) system for GTA5 players who don't use PC and I am now ready to share it. This tool is offline and entirely in French.

This tool can generate random LSPD callouts, LSSD callouts, or SAHP callouts. To aid roleplaying, I have included several police tools:

• Vehicle plate search
• Person identity search (both generating random results)
• Breathalyzer
• Radar speed
• Drug test
• Vehicle searching tool
• Person searching tool
• Ticket creator
• Bomb disposal
• Defibrillator

No modifications are required, and the system operates entirely offline. Currently, it is only available in French.

Installation Instructions:

1. Download the zip file.
2. Extract the "LSPD dispatch" folder.
3. Launch the program and enter your officer name.
