Simplify Water Data with FlattenWater for .NET

This script is open-sourced.

**Installation:** Move the scripts folder to the main GTA V directory. Edit the .ini file to change the keybind used to activate the script.

**Purpose:** This script was created for those who use map mods and want to eliminate waves appearing on roads.

**Changelog:** **3.0:** - Recoded the script. - Added an option to activate the script using Shift + keybinding (configurable in .ini). - The script is now open-sourced. **2.0:** - Changed the notification color for the script title to blue. - Added a configuration option to enable the script on startup/reload.
