To activate your police partner, press F3. This will utilize a selection interface similar to the Native Trainer. Begin by choosing a partner type, then exit and select the spawn option (using the same keys as the Native Trainer). Currently, there's no limit on spawning officers, though they will be unarmed. In future updates, I plan to add realistic loadouts for them. Please note that the K9 partner doesn't yet load into vehicles, but this issue will be resolved in upcoming versions. However, he can tackle individuals who engage in combat.
