Simple Trainer IVPack Vehicle Spawn Configuration

I don't take any credit for IV pack or Simple trainer. I Just added the cars to the Trainer.INI to make some things a bit easier. INSTALLATION: Just replace the existing Trainer.INI with this one in the games root directory. IVPack: Simple Trainer: NOTE: if you encounter any errors or Bugs notify me in the comments please (same goes for requests) I will fix anything ASAP but it will take awhile because im doing this stuff from my phone :D
