- Cannot shoot while the player is in a vehicle
- Fixed zero cooldown issue

This is my first mod, so it may not be perfect.
I am concerned that this ability might be too powerful. To prevent overpowered gameplay and maintain interest, both target headshot and "shoot them all" have their own cooldowns.
During the cooldown period, Weapon Detection will not be activated.
