Prevent Modification of Ped Vehicle Items

I made modifications to the vehicle items from a plugin called "Stop the Ped," adding over 30 lines of code. The original "Stop the Ped" plugin can be found elsewhere. I have received permission from the plugin's moderators to share these changes.

INSTALLATION:

1. Navigate to your Grand Theft Auto V main directory.
2. Go to "plugins" -> "LSPDFR" -> "StopThePed".
3. Drag and drop the .xml files from the .rar folder you downloaded into the "StopThePed" folder in your main directory.
