Police Cars Equipped with Music Streaming

I was frustrated that I couldn't listen to BODY COUNT while causing mayhem in a police car, and I know some of you LSPDFR enthusiasts requested it too, so here you go!

Enables the radio wheel to play music when inside police vehicles. Check the YouTube preview - it's awesome!

TO INSTALL:

• -Make sure you have successfully installed the newest ScriptHook and ScriptHookDotNet.
• -Place "CopJams.dll" IN /scripts/

NOT COMPATIBLE WITH "REAL-LOUD CAR RADIOS" script.
