Enhanced Pursuit Tactics in LSPDFR

Description
This script aims to improve LSPDFR chases, encouraging NPC cops to exhibit more sensible behavior while pursuing suspects. For a detailed explanation, please refer to the entry on the LSPD:FR page.
Features

• NPC Cops will no longer ram suspects.
• NPC Cops will decelerate when passing you, minimizing the risk of collisions.
• If you are near the fleeing vehicle, NPC Cops will allow you to become the primary unit, maintaining a safe distance. They will resume primary position if you fall too far behind.

How does it work?
Essentially, the script slows down cop vehicles according to specific circumstances. For a deeper understanding, please review the source code below.
Installation
Place "SaferChasesRPH.dll" and "SaferChases.ini" within the \Grand Theft Auto V\Plugins\LSPDFR\ folder.
Settings
You can adjust various settings within "SaferChases.ini" to customize the script's performance:

• Fine-tune the speed at which cops pass by you (in KM/H).
• Enable or disable Primary Unit support.
• Prevent NPC cops from ramming suspects.
• Enable or disable debug notifications.

Bugs
While not a bug, it's possible for cops behind you to behave less intelligently when using the Allow Primary Unit feature, potentially leading to collisions. This feature can be disabled in the .ini configuration file.
