The Underground Economy

This script introduces a Black Market Van to the game, allowing players to purchase and customize weapons, sell weapons and attachments, buy and sell vehicles, and even purchase a callable Gun Van. To find the van, players will need to search the game world. It respawns in a new location every 5 minutes, generally within the player's current area (e.g., Grapeseed, the city, Sandy Shores).

By default, locating the van requires either finding it yourself or buying its location from the black market seller via text message. Revealing the van's position on the map can be achieved by setting "Show Blip Initial Dist" to 10000 in the "Main.ini" file within the Black Market folder.

To add vehicles to the buyable/sellable list, use the following format:

Spawn Name = Price, Vehicle Full Name, Vehicle Class

Example:

KHANJARI = 2895000,TM-02 Khanjali, Military

Installation

1. Download and install scripthookv + Scripthookvdotnet.
2. Create a "scripts" folder (lowercase 's') if one doesn't already exist.
3. Drag the following files into the "scripts" folder: TheBlackMarket.dll, TheBlackMarket.pdb, and the entire TheBlackMarket folder.
4. Drag HKHModHelperNew.dll and HKHModHelperNew.pdb into the "scripts" folder.
5. Install LemonUI for SHVDN3.
6. Launch the game and begin your search for the Black Market Van. Remember, it respawns every 5 minutes in a new location within your general area.
