Description

Authentic Gunfights in .NET

Introduction This mod enhances gunfight realism by introducing a morale system for NPCs. When you injure, kill, or suppress enemies, their morale gradually diminishes, eventually leading them to flee. This often results in fast and decisive engagements. Additionally, when the player is under fire, the screen subtly shakes and a heartbeat sound plays, intensifying tension and immersion during intense combat. Features
  • Morale system: NPCs react to fallen comrades, injuries, and suppression.
  • Dynamic behavior: NPCs adjust tactics based on morale levels.
  • Realistic gunfights: Encourages strategic engagement and suppressive fire.
  • Increased combat tension: Visual and auditory feedback when the player is under fire.
Note This mod is designed for use with other realistic combat mods. The aim is to make hardcore combat more manageable by providing players with alternative ways to win gunfights beyond simply eliminating everyone. The morale system does not apply to mission peds. Changelog 1.2 Camera Shake & Heartbeat Effect: Added a camera shake effect whenever the player is shot at or suppressed, along with a heartbeat sound effect in the background to add tension during firefights. 1.1 Morale System Enhancement: Morale now applies to all pedestrian groups, making AI vs AI shootouts more dynamic and realistic. Group Morale Dependency: Group morale is now influenced by the number of active friendly combatants within each group, adding depth to combat scenarios. Randomization for Realism**: Introduced individual randomization to morale values for added variation and realism in shootouts. Configurable Values**: All morale values are configurable, allowing you to adjust the settings to suit your preferences. Requirements Script Hook V Script Hook V .NET
