AddonPeds: Español Translation & F9 Activation

The 'AddonPeds' file has been translated into Spanish.

Meth0d is the original author of the script. I have only modified the .dll file to translate it from its source code. Therefore, I am not the owner of this mod; credit goes to Meth0d.

I have translated the entire script into Spanish and also changed the activation keys from 'L' to 'F9'.
