Armor Restoration for NPCs (Legacy)

This script improves gameplay in Grand Theft Auto V by giving non-player characters (NPCs) the ability to regain armor over time. To use it, place the NPCArmorRegen script inside the game's "scripts" folder. You'll also need Script Hook V and Script Hook .NET installed.

This feature makes the game more challenging because players have to think about how much armor their opponents have, which can make fights less predictable and more exciting.
