1) Navigate to the GTA V directory and create a backup of the x64v file.

2) Open OpenIV software, select "Edit Mod," and navigate to the following path: \x64v.rpf\models\cdimages\streamedpeds_players.rpf\player_one

3) Drag the file into the player_one folder.

4) Close OpenIV software and enjoy the game.
