1. Open OPENIV and enable edit mode.
2. Navigate to: Mods\x64v.rpf\models\cdimages\streamedpeds_players.rpf\player_one
3. Locate and back up the following files:
   • uppr_diff_004_a_uni
   • uppr_diff_004_b_uni
   • uppr_diff_004_c_uni
   • uppr_diff_004_d_uni
   • uppr_diff_004_e_uni
   • uppr_diff_004_f_uni
   • uppr_diff_004_g_uni
   • uppr_diff_004_h_uni
   • uppr_diff_004_i_uni
   • uppr_diff_004_j_uni
   • uppr_diff_004_k_uni
   • uppr_diff_004_l_uni
   • uppr_diff_004_m_uni
   • uppr_diff_004_n_uni
   • uppr_diff_004_o_uni
   • uppr_diff_004_p_uni
4. Open the T-shirts folder you downloaded.
5. Select all files from the downloaded folder and drag them into the folder named "player_one". Alternatively, if you wish to install only one or two T-shirts, extract the textures and copy them to the file of your choice.

Launch the game and enjoy!

Remember: Avoid going online with modified game files as it may result in a ban.
