This is a biker vest with a 3D effect designed for The Lost MC (Los Santos chapter).

To install, navigate to the following path within your mods folder and drag and drop the files into the designated folder:

update > x64 > dlcpacks > mpapartment > dlc.rpf > x64 > models > cdimages > mpapt01.rpf > mp_m_freemode_01_male_apt01

This mod replaces an unused "task" asset (usually body armor) and can also be moved to replace other "task" items as needed. Detailed instructions are included in the download.
