First make sure you have MPClothes mod.

Open OpenIV

Enable "Edit mode"

Drag and drop files here: mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/mpclothes/dlc.rpf/x64/models/cdimages/mpclothes_female.rpf/mp_f_freemode_01_mp_f_freemode_01

Extract the mod files from the downloaded folder to your "stream" folder.
