Laughing Menace's Speed

This Joker Flash skin mod was created because russellmeledath's version wasn't working. THIS IS NOT A RE-UPLOAD OF HIS SKIN MOD! Unfortunately, the original mod cannot be found anymore.

Requirements:

* Download this model by Barak101 & evilmaginakuma: Justice League Flash * addonpeds * Optional: Flash Powers Mod by JulioNIB

Installation:

**Using addonpeds:** 1. Install the Justice League Flash Model by Barak101 and evilmaginakuma. 2. Use addonpeds. **JulioNIB Method:** 1. Delete the original FlashJL.ytd file made by Barak101 and evilmaginakuma. 2. use Add Peds GeneratorR2 and click "Add Ped Files" then add my FlashJL.ytd. (at the bottom it should say no errors). 3. After you did that, a folder will automatically open with an OIV of Joker Flash(FlashJL), open the oiv file and click install. 4. Install to mods folder. Enjoy Joker-Flash!
