Converse All Star Special/Major Performance

This version (v3.0) aims to reduce the shininess of the Converse model.

This Converse model is designed for the character "frank".

Feel free to retexture this model, but please link back to my original model.

All credit for the original model goes to NBA 2k21. I simply rigged it for use in GTA5.
