Improved HD Texture for Tommy Vercetti's Hair

The author of the well-known Tommy Vercetti mod hasn't released any updates, so I've taken it upon myself to improve it! This mod fixes the hair alpha for a more realistic appearance and includes new normal and specular maps for optimal results.

Remember to install the original mod before applying this "patch":
