NYC Ink Design for MP Female

This tattoo modification is designed for the MP Female character in Grand Theft Auto V. It changes both the head and upper body textures with a New York-inspired design, suggested by the creator's Discord community.

Installation Instructions:

1. Open OpenIV.
2. Navigate to the following file path: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday4ng\dlc.rpf\x64\models\ped_mp_overlay_txds.rpf".
3. Drop the "mp_fm_skin_f_up_whi.ytd" file into this location.

The creator plans to release more tattoos inspired by other cities and states. Suggestions for future designs are welcome in the comments.
