These are Titans Oceanus and Persus from GOD OF WAR 3. They are Static Furniture WITH COLLISION! You can add them in by using any object spawner. It's fun to shoot weapons at them and interact!
Use "AddonProps" Method

Place both "persus" and "oceanus" files in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\Mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\addonprops\dlc.rpf\props.rpf\
