Philadelphia Tattoo Design for GTA V Male Character

This tattoo modification for male characters in GTA V changes both the head and upper body textures. The design is inspired by a Philadelphia-themed tattoo and was created for use in GTAV.

Installation Instructions

1. Open "OpenIV".
2. Navigate to: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday4ng\dlc.rpf\x64\models\ped_mp_overlay_txds.rpf".
3. Drop the "mp_fm_skin_m_up_blk.ytd" file into this folder.
