The 1.1 update doesn't include any new features; you now need to download the t-shirt model separately.

Installation:
- First, install Easy Mod Folder for SP Player Mods (EMFs).
- For the SHIRTS, go to mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/EMFsingleplayer/dlc.rpf/x64/streamedpeds_players.rpf/player_one and drag and drop the files into the folder.
- For the HOODIES, go to mods/x64v.rpf/models/cdimages/streamedpeds_players.rpf/player_one , turn on edit mode, and drag and drop the files.
