Elite Special Forces Operator

The 1st Special Forces Operational Detachment-Delta, also known as Delta Force, is a highly skilled special mission unit of the United States Army. Its primary roles include hostage rescue, counterterrorism, direct action, and reconnaissance against important targets. Together with its US Navy counterpart, DEVGRU "Seal Team 6," it forms the core of the United States military's counterterrorism capabilities. Both units operate under the Joint Special Operations Command and undertake some of the most intricate and perilous missions within the U.S. military, often shrouded in secrecy. This unit is frequently referred to as a special mission unit by the U.S. government.
